Greatwide has moved 60+ loads for us dating back to 2006. They run 186 trucks. Like any of these huge carriers you are going to run into some GOOD dispatchers/drivers and some BAD ones. But overall, I'd say my experiences with them have been positive. YES they are also a brokerage - so at the time of booking BE SURE TO CONFIRM IT IS A GREATWIDE TRUCK W/ THEIR MC ON IT / and advise them that the driver will turned away if another carrier shows up. Give your customer the name of the carrier to verify upon driver's arrival. (should really be doing that on every load anyway).
