I BOOKED A LOAD WITH THIS CARRIER EARLY THIS MORNING. HE STATED THAT HE WOULD THERE TO PICK UP NO LATER THAN 1PM. TRIED CALLING BUT HE SENT A TEXT THAT SAID TEXT ME. I ASKED ABOUT THE ETA AND HE REPLIED CANCEL THE LOAD IM NOT GOING. SO THIS CARRIER IS NOT RELIABLE

Great America has been a great carrier partner for us. They run both reefer and dry van loads. They are great with communication. Their drivers always ping wiht tracking on each trip with no issues. Very courteous and professional with personnel at the shipper & receiver.
