Bobby let me know when the driver arrived for pickup and delivery and provided a copy of the POD for our reference. They were a great carrier that I would like to use again in the future.

Ted arrived early to the appointment, which is usually a good thing but we asked him to arrive closer to the appointment time as the shipper was very busy and did not have much extra room for trucks to wait. Honestly not a huge issue, but just needs to follow instructions a little better.
