I would work with this carrier again, would insist more on the e-tracking though, other than that didn't have more problems, did struggle a little with manual updates, but after insisting a little on the phone I did get them.

We appreciate your review and comments, we're working hard to provide an excellent service to all our customers.
The driver on this load had issues with his phone when he got empty at the previous delivery, his phone got broken and he didn't can activate the tracking, it was a little issue but with manual tracking it was attended.
Right now, we have an can provide internal tracking accessing to our gps system and all our drivers are committed to activate all apps for tracking like macro point, trucker tools, etc to bring a better service.
