Overview
Based out of Norfolk Virginia, Glos Logistics is a 5 power unit drayage carrier that is growing rapidly. Our company specializes in the drayage of imports and exports coming through NIT and VIG. We are UIIA approved with all major ship lines, partnered with the Hampton Roads Chassis Pool, and capable of tracking vessels and making appointments with the above-mentioned Virginia ports.
Our dependable fleet of trucks are all 2015 or newer, and are maintained “under scheduled maintenance contracts and programs. Glos Logistics has a proven record of safety with the FMCSA and all of our drivers have 5 years or more of experience.
We operate 2 sleeper trucks that are designated for over the road deliveries and one of those operates as a team. Our team drivers give Glos the unique ability to deliver longer loads in less time for our customers when expedition is a necessity.
We also operate 2 day cabs used specifically for local and regional drays, and to perform port to port transfers. Our last truck is a straight truck performing cartage deliveries day and night, 7 days a week within a 200 mile radius of Hampton Roads. Glos Logistics maintains a large storage yard for containers when needed, as well as two transloading facilities when customers need to have a transloading or cross docking performed. We pride ourselves in operating safely and maintaining a high level of communication throughout the process.
