We've been using IGT Logistics for almost a year now and they continuously exceed our expectations. Our rep, Ashton Trepp, is not only friendly and knowledgeable, but also very responsive, which is key in our industry. Booking a shipment is always easy and I receive a quote within minutes. There have even been a few instances in which a customer has reached out for a last-minute FTL, and Ashton has come through every time!
Their communication once a load is booked is rock-solid; one of the main reasons we prefer them over other companies is the consistent email updates we receive from Eugene and his team when a shipment is in progress.
