What went poorly?

Company does not have a DAT account. Dispatcher Claims he cant post his available truck and he has no access to DAT. Then claims driver saw the posting but wont say which companies account the driver is using on DAT. Then claims only the owner has access to DAT and will call me back. This is the third time I have been told that i would get a call back from their owner. Same excuses from the carrier every time. Multiple reports of this company double brokering freight.
