Driver picked up without issue. The dispatcher and I have been trying to reach the driver for 5 hours to get an update on delivery. Driver refuses to answer the phone. Driver has blocked my office number. Dispatcher says no tracking on the truck so at this point we don't know where our product is located. Also looked up the driver's phone number and saw it is connected to another company. Driver was finally reached and we were informed that the driver went home after loading and then was arrested.
