Gene's Trucking

Driver was easy to setup and communicate with through to getting loaded and leaving the shippers.

After the driver left the shippers location they had mechanical issues had to put their truck in the shop on Friday 5/7, issue was they didn't notify us until Monday 5/10 at 10am when the receiver was looking for the truck already and had a 10 person crew standing around waiting for them. We reached out to Gene and he told us the truck had a fuel pump issue on Friday after they left the shippers and would be up and going on Tuesday. On Tuesday we get oh not sure when it will be ready hoping Wednesday. On Wednesday we get not sure waiting on the mechanic hoping by the end of the week. Well on Thursday the carrier wouldn't even answer our calls or emails. Very unprofessional and lack of communication has caused our client a lot of grief dealing with an upset receiver that was postponed for a week. Ultimately the carrier's truck stayed in the shop for a fuel pump for a week and their lack of communication with the receiver and us was really bad, we would have to try and reach the carrier 4 to 5 times in order to get answers from them, they didn't care that they had peoples jobs being held up and offered no resolution to get the loaded delivered any quicker.
