We booked a load with Salif at a 347 area code number but his caller ID had a very different name Eduardo Ortiz. Very poor communication on his part and his drivers part. Refused to answer emails. Refused tracking or any other communication. When trying to ascertain location and ETA for pickup....agreed that if missed 3pm cutoff.....would load next 8am. Then began cussing at me since we were trying to understand why they were falling off after having the load for 24hrs.
