I booked a flatbed hot shot load with the driver directly, the dispatcher / owner sent me all the documents to get set up a good time frame. The driver picked up with our agreed schedule, He picked up all my phone callas regarding the pick up, he advised me on the eta the next day, pod came over after he was unloaded, I would use again, no issues to report
