the only issue we had with this load was that the dispatch was a harder to get an update from then the driver. But where dispatch fell short, the driver made up for it. They made pickup and delivery on time with no issues.

The Freight Master team is a solid carrier and always am happy to be able to get them on my loads. Alex is my main contact but he introduced me to the whole team. Give updates on time. I usually don't have to even call for updates because driver accepts macro or the team updates be on time.
