They called me 45 minutes before their appointment time at the 1st pick of a 2-pick, 1-drop load to tell me they weren't empty yet. I offered later pickup as well as Monday delivery instead of Friday delivery to try an accommodate them. They were not interested in that and fell out on the load. I went to the load board to try and recover the load and their truck had been posted as available for 20 minutes.

This carrier delivered our load cleanly and on time. They covered a VA - KY load for us but they were a little overpriced. Would consider using them again as long as the rate isn't as high.
