I booked a sprinter van, the updates went well, the drivers eta kept getting extended out due to NJ traffic 3pm to 4:15, but I was notified each time the eta was getting extended out, the shipper was there until 5pm, so I didn't need to be updated but I still was, then through the trip I got updates on the exact location, with me having to ask them.

Not much, it nice for me to get updates on the location with out me having to ask, I got picture of the freight loaded and unloaded with the signed bols. There not much I can ask for.
