The dispatcher Steve did a great job with updating the whole route. There was not one text with the driver to get them to refresh tracking or anything. Nice and easy run where trackers don't need to do much but keep an eye and close the load out.

Way above market rate but they provided stellar service. Driver had to wait 5 hrs at the shipper to get loaded and they stayed calm and we were able to compensate them for detention time. Updates were received in a timely manner
