This load was a total mess. Customer placed the order then refused delivery, asked for it to be returned, the shipper refused to take it back, and then had to go back once again. This load took nearly 2 weeks and we had the same driver on it the entire time. Luckily we got it taken care of and paid out a good chunk of money for it. Only big issue was the lack of communication and inability to track consistently.
