I love this company for all the Airport and CFS pick-ups. The only thing I don't like is the extras, this carrier is inflexible and charges you a lot of money when you or your customer make a mistake for any inches or pounds

I've worked with forward air for a while, they have good rates, they handle CFS picks up, they are like any LTL carrier, have some questionable adjustments, delayed shipments etc, but overall I've good experiences with them. I would use again when I can .
