Booked my load for resonable rate. Got set up packed signed and returned, all paperwork was good and I sent over RC to find out that my MC of 6 years was not approved and must do Pre-pay. Wasted over an hour of my time and they were not apologetic what so ever. Who doesnt check credit before committing to a load?
