What went poorly?

Unresponsive

Our shipment was delivered, but can't work with Ron since we can't get updates without getting insulted, no profesional at all. I would avoid working with someone that has no control of his emotions. One day will let himself go and who knows what he could do. I don't recommend this carrier.
