Called for an update and got hung up on 11 times before someone answered and said hello. The had a 2pm cut off time and never showed up. I called at 2:30pm and they said the driver ws stuck at the receiver and wonrt make it. Then they emailed us at the same time saying driving was stuck in traffic. Sounded like your typical double broker over the phone.
