Booked a unusual load with Johnathan, it was construction sign on wheels, no pallet, driver had to load this, 10 feet long 2150 weight, two of these items, he was in contact the whole time, easy to work with, the driver brought a worker to help out, they couldn't get the freight on the truck, he was calm and cooled the whole time, not angry, I got another box truck to assist in the loading, it did actually pick up, 5 hour ordeal, but good experience overall for tough pick up
