Booked EV for a pickup in MI rate con was sent to carrier at 9am,
Shipper FCFS 8 to 4pm
Was told that the driver was ready and only 50 minutes from the pickup.
Driver never showed up to the shipper which was open till 4pm
Got emails to backup poor and lack of communication.
