The carrier transported a load for us and for 3 months we asked this carrier weekly for the POD to prove the load had been delivered as the receiver was saying they could not locate the shipment. After 95 days the carrier still never has produced a POD nor an invoice for the load. The carrier does not do their job and caused our client to have to pay for the product to be remade a second time because no POD was ever produced.
