THIS CARRIER WAS EXCELLENT. THE DISPATCHER KELLY STAYED IN CONTACT WITH ME EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. UPDATES WERE ONTIME AND DELIVERY WAS ONTIME. THE DRIVER DEVON EVEN ASSISTED MY CUSTOMER WHO WERE ELDERLY WITH OFFLOADING THE LOAD! ( NOT TOO MANY DRIVERS WOULD DO THAT)THEIR RATES ARE FAIR AND ALWAYS WILLING TO NEAGOTIATE WITH YOU!!
