What went poorly?

They told us that they have a truck 19 miles away from the shipper, they moved 41 away from the shipper and tell us that they had to deliver a load first and they will take longer something that they never told us at the begining... we let them deliver before 1pm and they still arrived late and they where upset because the receiver didn't want to load them... Next time be more responsible and be clear.
