Carrier was ok, Communication from both driver and dispatcher wasn't that great and could've been a lot better. Driver was able to track throughout the entire haul. Driver was also punctual to both appointments.

This team did a good job on a run for us mid last year. The driver made sure to stay on tracking and answer our call when the T&T team needed to reach them. Everything was made on time and had no issues at any point.

They picked up and delivered our load on time. tracked the whole time, and the driver had good communication with our track & trace department. the only negative part was that they took forever to submit the paperwork, which result in a rate reduction. 6/10 in my personal opinion.

The load went fine, but the dispatch sent in the POD for a different load and when we asked for the correct POD they stopped responding to our emails and would hang up on us when we called. The driver also would not send the POD and stopped answering. Very unprofessional.

Elmer Buchta Trucking did excellent work for us on a dry van load. Donell was tracking electronically. The carrier made sure to communicate with us. We did not have to chase them for answers, they were proactive in their communication. We are looking forward to our next load with them.
