What went poorly?
- Double Brokering
Booked stepdeck conestoga partial with dispatch "Stan Polaris" for driver "Carlos Salazar." Shipper called to say a hotshot on site. Spoke with actual driver and their dispatch and they had been assigned load from fake TQL broker "Manny." Manny, Stan, and Carlos all same person using different phone numbers
