I had driver called over the weekend to book a airport pick up, he brought both BOL"s to the pick up like he was suppose to, took little time to get loaded and he was fine with the extra 1 hour, didn't bother him, he delivered the load very early the next day and was very professional through out the pick up, he answered every time I called.
