Driver was prompt for the p/u but was late for the delivery. He did call ahead with his ETA so the customers were aware. He and the dispatcher were very good with communication. Both guys were very easy to work with and super friendly. Tracking was hit and miss but worked for the most part.

George sent over a photo of the completed repair for proof that it had been done and the driver got loaded and delivered on time.

When the driver arrived, we were informed by our shipper that he had damage to the roof of the trailer that appeared to be leaking du to the weather at the time. The driver was able to go back to the shipper after being repaired.
