Poor communication, Irresponsible his dispatcher told us that our driver is on pickup site but he was never there and shipper also confirmed this, that there is no truck at our location and his dispatcher named eric always give us wrong information on this load. First they accept the load and then they cancelled the load after accepting. Very Bad Experience with this company they are liars and his dispatcher Eric was very rude guy and also gave us wrong information, he told us that our driver will pick your load at 9am then they told us we will pick this load at 11am then he told us our driver will pick your at 12pm then he again changed the pickup time for 2pm and after 2pm shipper told us that there is no driver at our location.
