This company called in as E2 SJ none of the systems showed negative remarks on them. After load was already picked up we received a double brokering alert. After load was confirmed delivered by the customer we received an invoice from them. We tried with the customer to find the actual carrier who hauled this load, and got no answers. Then 2 months later the carrier reached out to the customer for payment. The Bad Actor that the carrier was booked through is Max Icon Logistics.
