E & J Container Drayage

"E&J container had booked the load with us on 2/27 then they picked the container on 1/3". This statement alone should tell how deceitful and untruthful being the true nature of this broker. We accepted your order, communicated throughout the whole process and of course there wasn't a problem until we billed for the services requested. I would think twice before accepting any orders from DSG. There are too many brokers out of India, looking to scam and cheat us out of payment for the work requested and confirmed. Through DSG's unethical business practices, it makes it difficult to trust any business from Indian companies. Why give us a fake name such as Max Jones, if you were not planning to do shady business? This customer is upset due to us adding their insurance agent into the conversations to show proof of our conversations and Max confirming the rates prior to acceptance of the load. AND, my dispatch should have viewed this broker's safety score, prior to agreeing to do business with them. -- They have the worst safety score at 100% Out of Service. So, Max needs to pay the full balance of the work that he specifically requested or I will continue with the filing through his bond.
