This carrier is has high hopes, but have fallen short. Their old Manager Erika Riddle used to run the office very well. Since her leaving the office staff has become very unprofessional and rude to work with. We have decided to no longer work with them and have moved lanes to other carriers who are more pleasant to deal with.

They need to work on having better communication with each other and broker companies they work on. They need to work on being more professional, better organized, and more efficient on their load schedule and having the proper drivers and trucks available when they say they will be. I was not please at all how we were treated.
