Dispatch reached out to me for a load going to Kansas City. The delivery location changed before the load was negotiated with Rachael. I told her up front the load was to Park City, KS and I said I would give more on the rate. She said she would take it. I mentioned it to her several times throughout the correspondence, emails, rate sheet, BOL ALL had Park City, KS on it. The driver arrives, our team loads it and she calls me to say they want more on the rate because it was going further than they realized.... DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY!
