Carrier moved a trailer to Seattle for us. The issue is that they did not follow the instructions and they dropped the trailer at the location and did not check it in. Thankfully there were no issues on the unit. We let them know if they would like to move trailers later they must do that. They understood and didnt argue with the issue. I would try them another shot since there wasnt damage and they took ownership of the issue.
