“Threatened To Throw My Freight In A Ditch”

What went poorly?
- Poor Driver Communication
Marcus the owner/driver threatened to throw our freight in a ditch due to having to wait to be unloaded. Said he was too busy to wait and had places to be. From the time he arrived to the POD being in our hands was 1 hour and about 10 minutes. Would never use again.
