Dima was super easy to work with. Driver showed up on time with a reefer that didn't have eTrac, since they couldn't secure the stacked pallets Dima let us take up more feet on his truck to allow freight to travel safely. Freight was delivered safe and fast. Good Carrier, would work with again.
