Euris is the dispatcher on this load. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately their trailer went down shortly after taking the. Euris called me
immediately to let me know. He then called me right back to let me know how long it would take to fix the trailer, which would put them too late to pick up the load. He very apologetic about this and I need fell bad for him. I will use him again on another load as we all know things happen out of our control, but I am glad he called me to let me know immediately they wouldn't make it.
