I recently had my car shipped from FL to KY.
Driver/dispatch communication was 0%
The car was scheduled to arrive on Monday by 12pm.
At 1.30 I haven’t heard anything from anyone so I call the broker. After some scrambling they inform me that there has been an issue on route & the car will arrive first thing the next morning.
Also as I was using a rental, which now required extension they would get with the truck owner & re adjust the price.
The car finally arrives at about 10am (not first thing) I ask the driver about the discount. Which he refuses to acknowledge. We go back & forth between the driver/dispatch/the broker & myself.
With nothing being resolved I agree to pay the full amount.
Yes the car arrived, but it was a day late. Never so much as an apology was offered by the driver or his dispatcher.
They were rude from beginning to end of this process.
