What went poorly?

This carrier gave us the runaround for 2 days. Dispatcher was Ryan 260.301.3222 and his driver Powell 205.301.2696. Missed pick up first day-I had to call... pushed load to next day. They lied and said driver was on site. NO GOOD CARRIER - DO NOT USE
