I got a great rate to ship 1 pallet from AUSTIN TX TO SAN ANT, def beat the regular LTL carriers rates, I called once the driver showed up, and got loaded, then provided with the ETA on the delivery, the driver showed up had to go 3 miles down the street, and no complaints from the the driver, I got the pod right away, def would use this carrier every time
