After confirming the shipment with the dispatcher Nick provided the ETA for pick up 9 AM, we confirmed everything for 3 times and he was good and responding until the ETA time, After that he just went like a dead desert, with nothing over the email, nor on the call. Pathetic service I have ever seen in my 7 years of logistics career.
