Excellent service from beginning to end. Updates were spot on. Instructions were followed to a T. A slight change in the pick up time and Denis was able to rearrange hi trucks to accommodate the later pick up time. I called down to verify if the load will be ready earlier, which it was. He managed to get the load picked up before the initial pick up appointment. A perfect experience. I need to mention I almost passed on this carrier due to a Carrier Assure report. BUT, the Carrier Assure report WAS NOT FROM A BROKER. Carrier Assure now uses AI algorithms to CREATE THEIR OWN REVIEWS AND ASSUMPTIONS ABOUT CARRIERS. These actions have led a carrier to initiate a collective action lawsuit against Carrier Assure. I hold little regard for any review based on an assuming AI algorithm.
