Booked shipment with carrier for pick up. Dispatch stated that the carrier was 30 mins away, empty, and ready to go. 30 mins after we dispatched them truck had not arrived. We called the dispatch and driver who would not answer. An hour late the dispatcher said she could not reach the driver. Stay away from this carrier.
