As our scheduled pickup time approached, the truck assigned for our shipment unfortunately experienced a breakdown en route. Understandably concerned about the time-sensitivity of our delivery, I contacted Joseph to apprise him of the situation because it seems like the driver did not inform his own dispatch department.
To my surprise and relief, Joseph demonstrated exceptional professionalism and efficiency. Despite the time constraints, he swiftly organized for another truck, equipped with the same specifications, to be dispatched to our location. What truly impressed me was that this quick response did not compromise our pickup time – the substitute truck was seamlessly integrated, and the load was collected as planned
