Dispatch and driver easy to reach for the most part. Has carb compliance necessary for loads in CA. Driver was timely for appointments and maintains a very clean trailer. Ran into several issues w/tracking that were a bit frustrating at times, but they kept the lines of communication open throughout so we knew where the load was.
