I enjoyed working with this carrier. They picked up a tough load for us last minute and handled it without any issues... on time and friendly. Would use again.

I do not recommend working with this company.
The driver, Veysalov, picked up our load on Tuesday, September 9th, and was supposed to deliver no later than Friday, September 12th. On Friday afternoon, he claimed his trailer had broken down and said delivery would be delayed until Monday.
When I called Monday morning, he ignored several calls before finally answering and saying his tires needed to be changed and that he continued having trailer issues. I made it clear we could not wait any longer and needed delivery that day. Instead, he turned off his phone.
When we called the company directly, they were unaware that he even had our load. The staff was rude and unhelpful. We had already paid half in advance, and the contact number listed on the account belonged to the driver’s mother.
The driver eventually called Monday night to say he would deliver Tuesday morning. From that point, we only received GPS updates every two hours until he finally delivered on Tuesday at 7 p.m. — four days late.
To make matters worse, he became upset that no one asked if he was okay or needed help with his trailer. When informed that money would be deducted for the delay, he threatened to take the load outside the delivery gates and refuse delivery unless paid in full.
This was an unprofessional and unacceptable experience that caused us significant losses. I strongly advise against doing business with this company.
