Do not recommend them. Started off w/an issue w/the shipper misloading- tried calling them over & over, emailed, were unresponsive for some time. When finally reached dispatch, he told me the driver couldn't turn around bc he had another load (going back to shipper was only option and they were to be compensated). Told another team member the driver's mother had passed away. What an awful lie to tell, bc when the driver was finally reached he knew nothing about this! Next day we finally got them to return, then took them off the run. Never using again.
