The carrier booked a load at 8am to pick up between 8am-11am. At 10:30am we got an email asking what is the latest the load can pickup is. We ask why and get told oh I just got going and realized i had a bent rim so I have to go to the tire shop to get this fixed first. Driver never communicated his problems with his dispatcher so no one but the driver knew he had problems. Very poor communication between the dispatcher and the driver.
