The driver had many issues tracking during the load and the dispatcher keep us updated by email for us to know th elocation once he was loaded, they pick up and deliver on time but they did not track 90% of the load.

Let's discuss your communication- Claudio Butterbaugh. I emailed at 154pm asking for the addresses for the load because the rate confirmation did not have the address information. No response. I emailed again at 228pm, following up. No response. Five minutes later, at 232pm I called your extension and it went to voicemail where I could not leave you a voicemail because your voicemail was full. I then asked you to remove our driver from the tracking because he was being texted/called about tracking 24 hours (next day 1pm pick up appt) before the load was planned to pick up and he was on another load and was home for the day. Claudio called me back explaining that he could not release the addresses until our driver was tracking. I sent Claudio a screenshot of the Macropoint accepted tracking at 239pm. I received updated address information at 252pm. Day of pick up - I emailed at 811am that I would update our driver's ETA when en route to pick up. No response. I emailed at 1150am - driver's ETA noon to pickup. (Appt at 1pm) No response. I emailed at 2pm, Loaded and picture of BOL. No response. Next day for delivery - I emailed at 730am I would update when our driver was unloaded. No response until 930am asking for driver to track. I responded at 936am - driver is at delivery. I will update you when unloaded. No response. I emailed at 1040am - driver is unloaded and signed POD. So where were the communication issues here?
